Chris Haas

Chris Haas is a highly technical mixed media sculptor who transfigures found skulls, replicas, and vintage objects into ornate and unearthly trophies, like surreal souvenirs collected from another world. The mysterious and captivating quality of Haas’ work can be attributed to the artist’s seamless use of assemblage–embellishing organic objects with a variety of media–in a manner that is beautifully wrought and incredibly convincing.
Haas is a self-taught and internationally collected artist working out of southwest Colorado, who has shown with Arch Enemy Arts since 2014, hosting his first solo feature in 2022.​​
